Peck most recently served as CEO and Board Member of TalentNeuron, a global leader in labor market intelligence and strategic workforce planning. During her time there, she worked with the biggest enterprises in the world to help them plan, model and build their workforces of the future. She has spent her executive career transforming workforces in the companies and functions she’s led and has a deep connection to the power of attracting, retaining and deploying talent in meaningful and impactful ways.
Her appointment comes as organizations face increasing pressure to align people, work, and business priorities in an era shaped by AI and rapid change.
