About Me

Rachel is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and “people expert.” She understands how people "work" inside and out. Rachel specializes in coaching leaders who are--

• Advancing their leadership to a new level in the organization, managing increased levels of ambiguity, and navigating a larger, more complex people matrix.
• Experts in their field and have a keen mind for business, but who may need help with some of the “people” parts of leadership.
• Building and strengthening their people strategy. Rachel works with these leaders as a strategic thought partner, sounding board, and organization development consultant.

Rachel coaches individual leaders as well as their teams. Her coaching and consulting draw from decades of experience, skills, education, and passion:

• Over 20 years of corporate and consulting experience in leadership coaching, people development, learning, and organization development.
• Working with leaders and teams around the world to help them thrive in complex business environments.
• Master’s degrees in organization development and clinical psychology, with insights into individual behavior and group dynamics.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis to generate insights and recommend actions.

Rachel partners with leaders to mine the untapped potential in people. She helps them unleash the power within themselves and in their team to achieve results, improve collaboration, and increase their influence up and across the organization
