Jerry Joondeph serves as Chief Operating Officer providing financial and legal leadership to the business. He brings to the organization vast experience in senior leadership roles with organizations in finance, aviation and venture capital. Jerry holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Miami University.
